isn't that part of what an embassy does? the real question I guess is are we getting more intel than they are? I don't know, but it sounds like SGT (Join to see) has some experience here.

SGT (Join to see) - I have only observational experience, from the POV of a medical guy in support of... I'm very interested in this stuff though so I'm hoping for a good discussion to follow.
