Will EIB help me with my Warrant process?

My unit is currently conducting EIB, and I was wondering if it is something the Warrant board looks at and how much it would impact having it vs. Not.
Trying to go flight Warrant

Obviously I’m still going to put out but I was just curious

Nope, your LOR’s and SIFT score are weighted heaviest. The SIFT score is a predictor for them to gauge how apt you are to learning how to fly.

It's not going to count for much, but it'll be a nice little last Infantry thing for you if you earn one.

It will show that you are physically and mentally strong. Aside from that not so much. You should take the challenge either way. Thank you for your service.

Your EIB will not help you land a warrant officer slot. Your NCOERs, flight test score, and APFT prowess will though.

It probably won't count for much, but in a tie with another applicant, they may go with the person with EIB vs no EIB. Plus, its a cool trophy of your infantry days.

Everything helps anything that makes you stand out from the next possible candidate
