Will having allergies to Amoxicillin and Ciprofloxacin disqualify me from service?

I have never been diagnosed with any allergies (that I know of). However, on several of my medical records its written down that I have an allergy to both Amoxicillin and Ciprofloxacin. I have only been prescribed one of these medicines, but I was never sure which so I always put down both just in case. My "reaction" was I developed a yeast infection, which I now know is just an unfortunate side effect of antibiotics not an allergic reaction, but that doesn't change the fact that they've been listed as allergies on some of my most recent records; and Im assuming for now that means they will need to be disclosed at MEPS once I start the process. Does anybody know, assuming these are put on my record at MEPS as allergies, if it will disqualify me from service?

Unlike food allergies, antibiotic allergies are generally not disqualifying.
If severe (i.e., cause anaphylaxis), they MIGHT be disqualifying, but usually they would just require a medical waiver and you would wear red dog tags denoting your allergy to the antibiotics.

It was probably the CIPRO. It's nasty stuff. As for the Amoxicillin I have to take 2 grams before dental work
