<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You could, but you could also expect to recycle back a phase to the next class coming through. Probably setting you back several months given your MOS. You're only allowed to miss a given number of hours of POI in any school.<br />I had the same thing happen to me when I went to 68W. My choice was take leave and recycle back a few months, or finish school and see them after.SFC Private RallyPoint MemberTue, 17 Dec 2019 20:27:05 -05002019-12-17T20:27:05-05:00Response by SGM Bill Frazer made Dec 17 at 2019 9:15 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Damn doubtful- not the 1st milestone you could miss in the service. Damn big difference between BCT/AIT and an Assigned duty station. Recycle for sure.SGM Bill FrazerTue, 17 Dec 2019 21:15:21 -05002019-12-17T21:15:21-05:00Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 18 at 2019 1:02 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I would try to take it before you leave the command you are at when you had the child. I don't recall the time limit but it needs to be taken within a window. Worst case it can be taken in conjunction with your PCS leave at the end of your class.LTC Private RallyPoint MemberWed, 18 Dec 2019 01:02:29 -05002019-12-18T01:02:29-05:00Response by SPC Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 22 at 2019 11:23 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yea only if you're married but it depends on the commander. If you are married and your spouse is expecting a child they have to give you the free 21 days of leave.SPC Private RallyPoint MemberSun, 22 Dec 2019 23:23:24 -05002019-12-22T23:23:24-05:002019-12-17T20:13:18-05:00
