Will I be able to receive paternity leave during AIT?

Expecting a child next year around the time I am expected to be in AIT. Would I be able to receive paternity leave as if I was stationed at my duty station? Would I be recycled Etc?

You could, but you could also expect to recycle back a phase to the next class coming through. Probably setting you back several months given your MOS. You're only allowed to miss a given number of hours of POI in any school.
I had the same thing happen to me when I went to 68W. My choice was take leave and recycle back a few months, or finish school and see them after.

Damn doubtful- not the 1st milestone you could miss in the service. Damn big difference between BCT/AIT and an Assigned duty station. Recycle for sure.

I would try to take it before you leave the command you are at when you had the child. I don't recall the time limit but it needs to be taken within a window. Worst case it can be taken in conjunction with your PCS leave at the end of your class.

Yea only if you're married but it depends on the commander. If you are married and your spouse is expecting a child they have to give you the free 21 days of leave.
