I just got on a p3 profile referred to meb for a herni in my quad that was my own fault and 2 leg surgeries due to my own stupidity that did not happen while at work. I was curious if I will get disability or just the medboard I was told to have all documented injuries printed out which is that my knees and my elbows. Any advice on the process or answers would be helpful.

Also remember, just because you are having a MEB doesn’t mean you will be medically discharged.

Fault is only relevant if a line of duty investigation is conducted and finds the injuries were not in the line of duty. Unless you were doing something illegal while injured, that is not going to be an issue.
The MEB is going to determine the extent of your disability and give you a rating according to that.
