That is the question you should ask your leadership. You are likely to find a very simple answer. <br />You may look back a few years from now and realize that skipping a few PT sessions was petty. No.<br />If you have a valid military profile that precludes you from all PT, yes.<br />I guess the question I would have is if you were that broke, why were you doing PT yesterday?<br />Oh, that's right. Because the Army said so.Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 17 at 2019 8:19 AM2019-06-17T08:19:45-04:002019-06-17T08:19:45-04:00CSM Carl Cunningham4728931<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It is only a myth that you are not required to do PT after doing your separation physicals. Not the answer you want to hear, but it is the legal answer. Now, some commanders do allow Soldiers separating to not conduct PT so many days before their ETS, however, those are usually specific cases or risk-adverse commanders. It is NOT the norm.Response by CSM Carl Cunningham made Jun 17 at 2019 8:23 AM2019-06-17T08:23:13-04:002019-06-17T08:23:13-04:00SSG Robert Perrotto4728972<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Honest answer, from my experience, if you do not have a profile that prohibits you, is you will do Physical Training up until your first day of clearing, Other things that will effect PT is your ACAP schedule, if you have not already completed it.Response by SSG Robert Perrotto made Jun 17 at 2019 8:42 AM2019-06-17T08:42:12-04:002019-06-17T08:42:12-04:00SFC Michael D.4729744<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Don't cheat your body! ..........Sorry about that.
