<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Soldiers in the U.S. Army Recovery Care Program, ARCP and U.S. Army Wounded Warrior Program (AW2) who are promotable and are pending referral to a Military Occupational Specialty Administrative Retention Review (MAR2), Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) or Physical Evaluation Board (PEB) will not be denied promotion on the basis of medical disqualification if they are otherwise qualified for promotion.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yes you can make the list this month. You can still make the list months down the road once you have your new MOS and haven’t attended training yet. You’ll receive an ASI 4A until you attend training and that will allow you to get promoted. However you have one year after getting promoted to complete your MOS training or it will be revoked.
