Since the list comes out on the 24th and I won’t be awarded my new mos yet, will I still be able to make the list? You can still make the list months down the road once you have your new MOS and haven’t attended training yet. You’ll receive an ASI 4A until you attend training and that will allow you to get promoted. However you have one year after getting promoted to complete your MOS training or it will be revoked.
