Will I have to redo my entire MEPS physical or just height, weight and BP?

If the Doctor states it, then that may well be the case. As long as noting disqualifying then you have nothing to worry about with the second physical.

I know that a commissioning physics lasts for 2 years. I believe that an enlistment is the same. We do get educational delays here and there and they take both. If you’ve already gotten your clearance letter and sent it to your recruiter then it’s just waiting to hear back from the surgeon general on if he approves of what you sent in or not. I’d follow up with your recruiter to be sure that it’s been submitted though. If it goes up to OTSG (the level above the SG), you are looking at a 30 day wait period. So, the sooner it’s submitted the better. To answer your question, no, you do not need to take another physical.

You will not have to do another physical once you depart for boot camp. You will meet with a doctor again and they will ask you if anything has changed since the last time you did your physical. It is a general overview of you overall well being not a full physical. You will be looked at by medical personnel and given blood test and urine tests, vaccinations etc, once you are at boot camp.
