Will I lose BAH - We live in diff states ? Will I lose BAH after I am married? 2016-05-01T13:41:48-04:00 1LT Private RallyPoint Member 1493102 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Getting married in October before I leave on deployment. Each should still receive it independent of the spouse. That's at least how it worked on the active duty side, and although there has been talk of eliminating dual BAH, I haven't heard of it happening... especially if you live in different States. We currently do not know where his next assignment will be but we will move in together once I am back from overseas. He also has a dependent so I am aware that he will be getting the with dep pay. You will both receive single rate. If one of you has a kid then one of you will receive with dependents rate.
