Each should still receive it independent of the spouse. That's at least how it worked on the active duty side, and although there has been talk of eliminating dual BAH, I haven't heard of it happening... especially if you live in different States. We currently do not know where his next assignment will be but we will move in together once I am back from overseas. He also has a dependent so I am aware that he will be getting the with dep pay. 1LT Private RallyPoint Member Sun, 01 May 2016 13:49:25 -0400 2016-05-01T13:49:25-04:00 Response by Capt Tom Brown made May 1 at 2016 2:13 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/will-i-lose-bah-after-i-am-married?n=1493167&urlhash=1493167

1LT Private RallyPoint Member Can't comment anything on yr inquiry but can take the opportunity to congratulate & wish you and yours best of good fortune for long and prosperous marriage & careers. You will both receive single rate. If one of you has a kid then one of you will receive with dependents rate.
