I will be PCSing to another command on Oahu with the same VHA Zip code for LES purposes. Will I continue getting the higher BAH rate since I am not technically moving out of the area? My spouse is remaining here as well. Will my BAH rate remain "grandfathered" at the higher rate if I remain in the same city? 2016-07-27T23:41:42-04:00 ENS Private RallyPoint Member 1756370 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>BAH for Oahu dropped nearly $600 a month, however those who were receiving the higher rate were &quot;grandfathered&quot; and kept the same rate. It went down 40 here where I'm at in Va, and mine stayed the same Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 28 at 2016 12:46 AM 2016-07-28T00:46:40-04:00 2016-07-28T00:46:40-04:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 1756876 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It will stay the same for as long as you are stationed in that zip code. It can only change if you PCS from there and back if has lowered in that time. Wonder if I can claim that my Dependent is not "PCSing" with me.. Thoughts?
