22 times on National TV and on TELEMUNDO, Obama said "I cannot change or make the law." Obama was talking about Illegal Immigrants and Amnesty.
Yet, after stating this publicly (and it's all over the internet) he turned around and forced his Own Law of Amnesty down our throats.
Thank goodness for Texas! Thank Goodness for JUDGES who will stand up and do the right thing!

The question now is Will Obama take this to the Supreme court? Will the Supreme Court uphold the Texas Judge?

Sgt Kelli Mays This will be appealed, but the SCOTUS will need to decide to grant Certiorari. I think the Obama administrations approach is clear cut situation of prosecutorial overreach and SCOTUS will likely deny to review and close the book on this illegal attempt at amnesty.

Sgt Kelli Mays Well that's interesting, since "many times his staff works on proposed laws, without input from Congress" Congress approves bills but they do not become laws until the President approves or signs it. Further if he disagrees with it he sends it back to Congress with his proposed changes or written objections. The exception is when the bill is passed by 2/3 of the members of the House and Senate at which point it becomes "veto proof" and it becomes a law with or without POTUS' approval/signature.
