But, the Army will fix a deviated septum, I have several friends who&#39;ve received the surgery.<br />As for Landstuhl, the Army isn&#39;t flying you out of country for surgery unless it&#39;s medically necessary for you to leave the country eg...life, limb, or eyesight.
