Couple different ways to do it. I had an orange sized hydrocele back in the day. Different mechanism, but same outcome. Post op, my buddies made sure to mention my "trauma" loudly at the O Club. I just told them their Bloody Mary's were spiced up with a nutsicle. Good time by all. Best to have a good surgical urologist deal with it.
