Will the Army pay for a Reservist to get PRK or LASIK following a deployment?

I know reservist get 180 days of Tricare Prime after deployment and was wondering if it covers either of the 2?

I received LASIK while on active duty so I can't really speak as to whether the reserves will hook you up, but the process may take longer to get through than 180 days. It is possible though. I think that I got through the whole process in about 180 days. I would jump on your command to get the paperwork started ASAP. As far as the "necessity" factor referenced in the other comment, certain MOSs take precedence over others when it comes to corrective eye surgery (or at least they did while I was in). Combat arms, pilots, and a handful of others will get shuffled to the front of the line and the process sped up.

They don't pay for LASIK or PRK, but several posts have programs for it they offer. Priority may go Active Duty first. They usually require a certain amount of time left on active duty to receive it.
