Under PCS rules in the JTR you should get the move paid for. PCA is different because it is local but a PCS should be covered. Miles don&#39;t have to be considered if it is a PCS. If you can reasonably commute to your new duty station, shipment of HHG is not authorized unless you can get a ETP MFR from an O-6 explaining that it is mission critical for you to relocate.
