Can my company commander stop MEB process once is started?

I barely just got referred for MEB by my PCM and I don’t know how my commander is going to take it, reason why I am worry is because when I had my first P2 and I brought it up to her she didn’t agree at first, reason why I was still participating at PRT and did my best to try to get better while I had my temporary profile. She ended up signing my P2 that was around 7 months ago. So is it bad that even though they can clearly see that I can’t run or lift I still try? So my question is if whatever she believes is going to affect my process? Cause I honestly don’t care if she believes me or not because I don’t go around crying to everyone about my back issues or trying to shame on pt time. I’ve had this issue for over a year and is honestly really frustrating, because I had a really active life before and this is now at the point where is affecting my family. If you are concerned that the CO can stop the process then the answer is yes if she has a just reason. Additionally, you should not be nor should you have been participating in PT events that violate your profile. Further if you could not participate in your normal duties based on the profile you further complicates the situation based on your statement as it relates to PT. Lastly, your medical review will be the final say unless your Command has enough evidence that they believe otherwise, then it will go under the review of the next higher command. Get your ducks in order, thank you for your service. Unless they have evidence that you are malingering, in which case you're going to be screwed. The people who have realy control over the MEB are the doctors/medical providers. CO Cdrs only have limited input to a MEB, she/he is not the releasing authority, the BC and higher are. She /he can disagree, but they are arguing with the Med folks, who are much more qualified to decide than the CO Cdr.
