No, those who were certain Clinton was guilty are still certain Clinton is guilty, those who believed it was all a lot of hype about nothing still believe it's a lot of hype about nothing. One thing I will say, is that had you or I handled classified information in such a way... we would be facing criminal charges.

We might as well start giving them noble titles like Countess and Duke if they are not subject to the same laws as we commoners.

The good news that since Hillary Rodham Clinton will not be prosecuted Sgt Tom Cunnally, other people convicted of similar crimes like GEN David Petraeus overturned. I hope those less famous individuals who have been convicted of sharing classified information with "friendly" governments and people will have their cases reviewed.
The most disturbing aspect of this whole affair to me is the carelessness of a potential President who has been very familiar with the inner workings of the Federal government since the early 1990s. She is a lawyer, a former Secretary and now former Secretary of State and I am not convinced that she does not consider herself above the law.
Per the BBC "FBI Director James Comey said "no reasonable prosecutor" would pursue a case but said the likely Democratic presidential nominee was "extremely careless" with classified information.
The decision ends the legal uncertainty that has dogged the Clinton campaign.
However, Mr Comey was highly critical of Mrs Clinton and her staff.
"Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information," Mr Comey said.
"There is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information."

I think her poor judgement on this might have an impact on the 10% - 20% of so-called "undecided" but I doubt there will be much impact on her supporters nor her detractors.

Will The FBI Findings Today Hurt Hillary's Campaign? Not at all! Her supporters do not care if she has committed crimes. They will certainly not take the effort to analyse the FBI's findings to determine if she is getting off where others would and have gone to jail FYI: the FBI Director basically said that in his statement "This is not to suggest that in similar circumstances a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions, but that's not what we're deciding now". And, when they here others bring up the issue, they will say it is sour grapes and that America needs to just move on.

The really horrible part is the number of Republican's, who are against Donald Trump, will not care that she got a pass. Because all they care about is seeing that Trump looses so they can stay in power.

The coverup of Hillary's malfeasance may cause more harm to her political ambitions than her malfeasance itself. Keep in mind that Nixon wasn't forced from office for the burglary at the Watergate, but for the coverup.
