The &#39;Effective Date&#39; will be your date of retirement and select &quot;Admin Records Correction&quot; for the &#39;Action&#39;. Along with required documents, ensure your points are correct. Mine were erroneous due to technical problems with migration of systems. A correction request (done in IPPS-A) can take months to process. If points are incorrect, packet can be delayed.
