The 'Effective Date' will be your date of retirement and select "Admin Records Correction" for the 'Action'. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I submitted my retirement packet earlier this year. Along with required documents, ensure your points are correct. Mine were erroneous due to technical problems with migration of systems. A correction request (done in IPPS-A) can take months to process.
