I personally know four NCOs with two full sleeves and no one has said anything about being out of regulation. The regulations is actually very vague when it comes to tattoos, just remember nothing above the collar bone, nothing below the wrist, a single black band on the ring finger is acceptable.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 13 at 2018 7:46 PM2018-09-13T19:46:31-04:002018-09-13T19:46:31-04:002018-09-13T16:34:04-04:00
