Commanders may not disapprove maternity leave.&quot; But, Army Directive 2019-05 might say something different. I will have to check on my civilian computer when I get home to get a better view as to what it states. Stand by. <br /><br />UPDATE:<br /><br />Looks like I was able to locate it. It states: &quot;Applicability.
