With the new OCP uniforms are you allowed to wear cold weather gear such as the green fleece jacket with it?

I have seen Coyote, Gray and the old Black fleece tops worn in and around Fort Leavenworth.
I know it has been put out you can mix and match with the gray but have not heard anything on the black. The new PT fuzzy hat is black so it would make sense that we could wear the old black one.

Army issues rules for winter weather gear and new camo
The Army is encouraging soldiers to nix and match camo if it means staying warm.
Yes you are. As of now you can wear any cold weather or rain gear that is ACU until they make OCP gear.

Do you guys have to wear the OCP name tapes and rank insignia on the jacket or are the old pattern ones okay as well?

SSG (Join to see) - You don't change the nametapes if using an ACU outer gear.

Honestly I haven't seen that yet. It's been a warm winter here at drum (20's and 30's). I haven't seen anyone here with OCP with ACU nametapes or vice versa. I imagine no one wants to risk it considering just about everyone still has a full set of ACU's somewhere. I'm obviously not checking regs for you just giving you the normal wear for Fort Drum which is one of the few posts that would have this issue.
