In my opinion, I think that in time the flag will ultimately be changed.

SFC Private RallyPoint Member . I don't have a dog in this fight, but my Spidey senses tell me, in time this flag will cease to exist in at least government and public places; so state flags that feature will change.

I suspect that they will eventually change it, but it will be one of the very last states (if not THE last state) to change it, and they will only do so begrudgingly.

Mississippi will fall victim to the political correct "I get my feelings hurt" "everyone gets a trophy" American Culture. Sooner than later, people have got to "get over it" or leave.

Is there something wrong with this flag? It has the battle colors of Robert E Lee’s Northern Virginia militia on it. Most people are unaware that the CSA had a different flag.
