It took him 11 years to get from 1lt to captain then 3 weeks to get from captain to LTC. hes held LTC on 3 different occasions, major twice and colonel twice Before rising through the general ranks to a 4 star. Before today, ive never heard of him but all i gotta say is, what a guY.
