Would 2020 be a good year to reenlist?

I was discharged back in 2018 for stress fractures from the Army, I have since been cleared and I'm in perfect health. I also workout more now and I'm in better shape than I was even when I was in the Army. My DD214 says I have an Re 3 with the code JFV. If I went to see a Navy recruiter come the new year would I have a good shot?

with trump in office, NO time is a good time to reenlist. he's itching for another war, probably in the Middle East
