SGT Joseph Gunderson 4457973 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>At the suggestion of a close friend of mine, I am examining the idea of starting a podcast in which I can interview other veterans who have gone through the deployment experience (not necessarily firefight/combat) resulting in some form of mental/behavioral health issue(s) that they were able to find healthy coping mechanisms for. In my experience, the issues people deal with are just as varied as they are and the methods by which they find the weight lifted are sometimes even more so. After speaking with my friend we believe that it might do a little good to do something of this sort to get different approaches and success stories at least out there.
