Most traffic violations are simple misdemeanors that the Court has ruled you and the State can settle the matter financially. When you start getting into Reckless, Careless or DUI/DWI the Army sits up and takes notice. <br /><br />This is going to depend in the length of time that has elapsed since your conviction.
