Your AGCM clock starts the day you went on active duty and you need to complete three years to get one or be released from active duty honorably with 12 months or more on active duty. So basically you get nothing for two more years when you&#39;ll get your first good conduct medal, unless you revert to the reserves then you&#39;ll get a GCM and start your ARCAM time over again.
