So, if the other DFAC is within a mile, you could always ride the LPC shuttle. You either get Separate Rations, or you get a meal card.<br />It&#39;s not a college dorm meal plan where you pay for 5 or 7 days a week.<br /><br />If there truly is no shuttle or bus service at all on your installation, and the next DFAC is an unreasonable distance to walk 3 times a day, and you have no car, bike or friends with a car or bike, you need to address this through your chain of command to the installation.<br /><br />just a head&#39;s up, you might find that the Army has a different concept of &quot;reasonable walking distance&quot;.
