Sometimes HRC will allow you to PCS prior to being on station for 36months (I’ve done it 3 times), so talk to retention and see what they can do for you. Good luck to you.... You still won’t be able to report there until April 2021 at the earliest, no matter when you reenlist. It's just talk until you re-enlist. It never hurts to know options and the when and whereof of what you can do. Sometimes there are ways to work around the TOS requirement but that mainly has to do with the Army being short on an MOS and you would need to reclass to that MOS to qualify. SSG Brian G. You can't formally or officially submit anything before that window opens but there is nothing wrong with getting the plan set in advance and getting the paperwork and hurdles knocked out in preparation before the window opens. Good on you for trying to get ahead of the issue instead of waiting for the window to open before you do anything.
