Today's youth probably don't even know what those words are let alone what they mean. And there are certainly enough "adults" that have forgotten what those words are/mean.

I don't like it. I picture a bunch of wanna-be separatist heroes seeing this as a recruitong program to defend the constitution against a whole bunch of domestic enemies.

I think it will appeal to some individuals when they are sitting inside the Recruiting Office. Pretty certain it would have some upwards effects on the numbers.
The problem is maintaining that attitude once they are in service. You're talking about a massive sustainment program for a small percentage of the soldiers that would need that type of mental reinforcement.
