I would love to go back if it meant making a real difference. But, with the political overtones and mistakes made by the current administration, there is no way I would risk my neck for a leader who disrespects the military the way Obama does. He has exacerbated the problems in the middle east and around the world, and he does not have a strategy for dealing with these problems. We have left Israel hanging in the wind in the middle east, when we should be doing everything we can to bolster the only democracy in the region. Forget building democracies in other countries, it was a failure to try in the first place. Until we get real leadership in the nation and work to secure our own borders to protect our citizens, I will only risk my neck to protect my family and my country from enemies within.

I did a CALL mission in 2005 and absolutely found it rewarding. I would do it again if I had the time left before my MRD.
