I get steak (prison grade of course) underway every sunday. A nice rack of ribs though? Well that takes me about 12 hours of preparation and work if I'm using my smoker; 5 in a crock pot. The attention to detail just makes them that much tastier.Response by PO1 Private RallyPoint Member made May 30 at 2014 8:19 AM2014-05-30T08:19:46-04:002014-05-30T08:19:46-04:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member138788<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Steak all day long. I love BBQ, but steak is versatile enough to be BBQ'd, grilled, or pan fried. If I really want to get wet wipe messy I will just skip the fork and knife and eat the steak pre-Fred Flinstone style. Bear Grylis and I are good like that, but I prefer Coors to pee.
