It will list what MOS&#39;s one can request reclassiificaction into, or out of, by rank. If the MOS you are trying to get out of is under strength, or the MOS you are trying to get into is over strength, it would probably be denied, even as a reenlistment option. Submitting a WO packet for aviation is a totally different process. Is it something you can't stop thinking about? Do you see yourself doing the job, and it makes you feel happy? If you answer all of these questions with a yes, go for it.
