She has taken the in house training from Jon Kabat-Zinn on Mindfulness Based Stress Relief (MBSR). I am now doing the program by reading the book, "Full Catastrophe Living" and working the meditation recordings. If you can be in the proper state of mind, not in too much pain, and have absolute quiet, they work amazingly well.<br /><br />It does help that I was trained in meditation techniques at seminary, but you don't have to be for this stuff to work...
