A 10 year-old just penned, rather, crayoned a letter to the Navy, thanking troops for their service and wishing them well in their efforts to kill “those isis f***s.”

I do not agree with the 10 year old's language.
I think someone (adult) should speak to the child and state that we are trying to protect humanity/lives and freedom of religion and speech; not just "KILLING THEM".

I thinks this is an adults attempt to either gain attention or make a joke. The letter is in pen with every word spelled correctly, it is done on copy paper, not lined note book paper. I have received several letters from kids to send to the troops and even received a few myself. This letter lacks the drawings, personal info and other hallmarks of a real letter.

I don't think the teacher forgot to proof. The child was able to say, in his own words, what the teacher maybe felt, but was unable to say for politically correct reasons. I feel it is a shame that children learn that honesty must one day be replaced with political correctness... :-(
