Wrongfully disqualified ?

I was wrongfully disqualified at meps for something I didn't have. I sent paperwork and they still didn't reverse their decision. They even asked me to have the dermatologist call them and had them do paperwork and still didn't reverse it. Please who can I talk to about this?

Have you received any notification from MEPS or your Recruiter stating why the decision has not been reversed? Also, how long has it been since all the justification documents have been submitted?

You could always write your congressman or senator. But really the most that will happen is that someone could request a review at a higher level.

Double check that your recruiters are tracking the documents. Call meps and see what’s the status. Congress men. And maybe just wait it out a bit. ( more time to get ready for training)

There's a litany of things that it could be. Without knowledge of what you were disqualified for makes it hard to say anything one way or the other. The main thing is keep working with your recruiter to see what they can do to help. But, you need to be prepared that they're still not going to reverse it. If that happens, you need to have a Plan B.

I had the same issue it. It took me 3 years and 12 visits to MEPS to get in. Just keep trying eventually it will work out.
