Lots of respect for the man that found it and took the time to locate family members to give it to. I agree he did the right thin by locating the family and not turning it over to the pentagon. His family will truly enjoy it and it would have taken the pentagon years to locate them if at all. Salutes to the treasure hunter for doing the right thing.
