Is it normal that in my 17 year tenure I have encountered every single type that he talked about?

My favorite are the hybrid 'How the Fuck' and 'Boner' combination commanders. My theory is that their OCD and related mental illnesses carries them through their careers but there is usually a trail of destruction and broken dreams behind them.
