For what it is worth, I offer my services to take a shot at answering any question that the community might have. I'll do my best to answer in a timely manner, so long as it doesn't involve directly looking up your specific situation. That would be an ethics breach.

I once used RP to reach out to an executive of a company I was a customer of. Isn't that part of what RP is all about, veterans helping veterans?
