I have the news!! <br />Retirees no longer need a Ration Card! Once you arrive, go to the DBIDS office (open Monday - Friday times vary by location) on the base close to where you plan to visit, register your ID card. This allows your card to be scanned for base entry without showing two forms of pictured ID. If you are traveling with a spouse, she must get a ration card to enter the PX and commissary. The DBIDS office in Yongsan is located in the 1st Replacement Center (1RC) building (the old O’Club which is now the “In and Out” processing center.)
