CPT David Gowel PR in its entirety is presently an opportunity zone. In December 2018 a few of the industry leaders met up at ground zero with asset managers, services, and developers to discuss best practices and industry entry. RECON is discussing when to expand to the market and we will be working with our coalition partnerships to make entry sometime in 2019.
