Couple quick questions..

I have seen individual's keep the same rank and others that lost one grade. I think it has to do withwhat your MOS was in the Army and is it a match for the AF AFSC. If your MOS is a needed one then you may luck out and keep your previous grade. You earned those medals in a military service, doesn't matter which service. My first medal I earned was an Army GCM, the AF at that time didn't have it's own.
