So, it kind of is. They put out a message that do to certain new protocols, that is only available on .mil networks. The irony is the people who look at it most don't usually have daily access to .mil networks! They said they are looking for a work around. No date mentioned.

SSG (Join to see) Thank you for the info. I'd appreciate it if you could link the message on the protocol.

It's been taken down for access by non Gov computers for the time being. So you need to find a .mil or .gov computer to log in. You didn't think the military would want to make this easy for reserves and NGs did you?

COL (Join to see) Sir. Thank you for your valuable input. I mostly accomplish Army stuff on my mac just fine rather go thru the hassle of signing out a Gov PC. The reason why I browse TOD is to inform my Soldiers for opportunities.

It's been sporadic for the last 2 weeks. They are days I can get on, there are days I can't. If you want another website, try pfi.dod.mil. It's a little less known than TOD and it's more for ADOS in country, but I encourage any reservists/NGs to make an account and keep an eye on it as well. It worked out well for me! Be heading to Texas for 1-3 years on ADOS!
