I am currently pursuing an officer position in the ANG. I separated from active duty in 2006 as an O-3 and my IRR term ended in 2015. I am working with a recruiter but I am flying blind and don’t know what to expect in this process. All I know is that I have to go through MEPS again. Anyone have any insight to share?

keep in mind its the Guard, very "family",,same people been working together some for generations...dont get on the wrong side of the wrong folk

I would say no different than active duty.
Except you would go to Mel’s then do your job
