This is my wing. This is a "heritage" paint job on a single aircraft in celebration of 100 years of military aviation in Indiana. It's primary purpose is as a recruiting/public affairs tool. It will be part of flyovers, air shows, and static displays for the coming year, after which it will be repainted in the standard scheme.

Col Joseph Lenertz Sir, it's just one aircraft. I think it might be the unit trainer. I'm a new transfer from the ARNG to this unit as SF. They are really big on the Indiana 100 year ANG anniversary. The rest of the squadron will stay regular AF colors. They did a really good job with this paint job ^

Awesome attention to detail. Navy painted a LST white to land in Haiti once, to abide with UN requirements. We had a paintex after our first float in CENTCOM AOR. Everything was desert CARC painted, but we were headed to Adriatic (supposedly), so all rolling stock in the MEU was repainted in forest camo CARC. The WH briefers came to CLNC for a classified brief to all Officers. Then the mission changed back to desert, so we sailed with green gear anyway. Hurry up and wait.
