Cowboy Russian Pilot Blamed for 25-Foot Inverted Buzz of US Navy Recon Aircraft

Why are the Russian pilots always so gutsy when it comes to a recon air craft, why not try that with an advanced fighter. Hell I can go out and taunt a 5th grader and get away with it, but I bet if I tried the same thing in a biker bar someone might just get hit.
