This isn't/wasn't a capability training opportunity. This was a familiarization class. That's all.

SMSgt (Join to see) Roger that. Wouldn't expect SecFor to be allowed to call in the thunder, but is a good thing to make them aware of the resources available. I remember when I went through tech school that we were accepting folks who were washing out of cook school. You can imagine how little those folks knew about the job. Most of them weren't aware of being able to call in back up on a call.

You aren't expected to be aware of anything AFSC related in Tech School. It only makes you a 3 level.
