Simon Sinek's latest book "Leaders Eat Last: Why Some Teams Pull Together and Others Don't" is another great book for all Leaders. A CSM friend gave this book to me last year, and I read it right away. Your thoughts on this book?

We are actually reading this book for 270A WOBC and so far it is quite interesting in the fact that as you state being a leader there is an unspoken expectation. Once I read more I'll come back with a better idea and comment of the overall book and perspective of leadership!

We feel safe when we feel that the person in charge has a good handle on the situation, when we have confidence that he knows what to do and then we will follow this leader to mission accomplishment. No one goes into a mission, a project or a job intent on failing. By having a good, solid leader with a handle on the situation we can increase our level and possibility of success...Victory rarely goes to the timid or the poorly led.
